I had an amazing stay! The pool on the roof was awesome, and the crew was super friendly. I loved that it was pet-friendly, and there are plenty of places to shop nearby. The view from my room was pretty cool too! 🏙️

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for quieter evenings and better views.

I was utterly shocked by the lack of cleanliness in common areas. it honestly felt like I was in a run-down hotel. The staff seemed oblivious. I was told I couldn’t drink coffee in the common areas, which was ridiculous since others clearly ignored that rule. The furniture around the pool area was in disarray, making the space uninviting and dirty.

The location's a win, seriously, all that good food right in the mall. Problem? Staff was kinda clueless on stuff, and that pool? Cold as ice. Got some noisy neighbors too. Overall? Just okay, y'know?

The double room was surprisingly spacious, and I loved the long shower. it felt like a treat after a long day. Also, the buffet breakfast hit the spot, just wish it was a bit fresher. Honestly, I would stay here again!

The nearby Copper Canyon train excursion was a fantastic experience for our family. The spacious Queen room we had allowed us to relax together, and the convenience of nearby shopping added to our enjoyable stay. Perfect for our grown kids, it made our trip memorable.
